Get comfy with your solo movement by drilling simple steps on repeat. The aim of the class is to get more familiar with solo movement and gradually speed up over the 80 minute class. This is an open level class with no experience required but there will be additional challenge moves/options for those with dance experience.
Please bring a water bottle, sweat towel and comfy exercise shoes. Wear clothes you are happy to sweat in, this is basically jazzercise without the leotards soooooooo, BYO leotard, I guess.
This 80 minute class is $30 (or $50 if you attend both weeks). Please register your interest by following the ticket link - payment is by cash on the door please!
Classes are April 12 and April 19th 11.20am-12.40pm, registration from 11am.
